Constance’s practice focuses on trusts, estates and business succession matters for wealthy individuals and their families. She works with trusts and related business structures to preserve, protect and grow family wealth for multiple generations in a tax efficient manner. Constance counsels individuals, families, trustees and family offices on wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, wealth preservation and charitable planning. As part of the wealth planning process, Constance regularly advises on income tax planning for individuals, estate, trusts and business entities. She is also experienced in estate and trust administration and probate.
Constance was formerly a partner at Withers Bergman LLP. She has published numerous articles including publications such as the Estate Planning Journal, the International Estate Planning Guide and the New York Law Journal. She frequently presents on estate planning for various professional and civic groups.
Constance is a graduate of Pace University School of law (J.D., cum laude), and Lawrence University (B.A., Geology).
