Alan’s practice includes complex commercial litigation for both companies and individuals and matrimonial disputes for high net worth individuals. Alan is regularly sought out for his excellent judgment and superior strategic and tactical thinking on how to solve some of the most complex issues facing the firm’s attorneys.
Prior to joining Teitler & Teitler, LLP, Alan worked at several of the largest and most prestigious law firms in New York. Alan began his career at Sullivan & Cromwell where he concentrated on commercial disputes, banking litigation, shareholder claims and antitrust. He has also worked at Arnold & Porter, focusing on product liability defense work and commercial litigation, and at Shearman & Sterling, concentrating on commercial disputes, white collar defense and shareholder claims.
Alan is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (summa cum laude, member of Law Review, recipient of the Chapin Prize) and Princeton University.
He has been admitted to practice in New York since 1998 and is also admitted to the Southern and Western Districts of New York.
